My great aunt shared this recipe w/ me a few years ago, and they've become a regular feature at just about every get-together we have!
Hidden Valley Ranch Pinwheels
Ingredients:
1 oz. Hidden Valley Ranch® Seasoning and Salad Dressing Mix
2 8 oz. packages softened cream cheese
2 minced green onions
4 1/2 inch flour tortillas
4 oz. each pimentos, green chiles, and olives
1. Combine Hidden Valley Ranch® Mix, cream cheese, and green onions until blended.
2. Spread mixture on tortillas.
3. Blot pimentos, green chiles, and olives dry on paper towel. Sprinkle in equal amounts over cream cheese mixture.
4. Roll tortillas tightly in cling wrap. Chill for at least 2 hours.
5. Cut rolls into 1 inch pieces and serve.

Hey Lisa - I used to make these a long time ago. Only I put in finely chopped onion & red peppers instead of the olives. I served them at a Halloween party & called them "mummy rollups"!

I do these but just use cream cheese, chopped green onions and dried beef. I'll try this way next time!

I made these yesterday for a "meet the neighbors" pool party. I got so many compliments! Lisa, you're a genius!
