I am not a big fan of coffee but my friend made this and i must say they are very good!! She makes them on Christmas eve.
Coffee Slush
3 c very strong brewed coffee
1 1/2 c granulated sugar
1 pt whipping cream
2-3 c milk
1 tbs vanilla
Dissolve sugar in hot coffee. Stir all ingredients together in a large freezer safe ( plastic) container with a tight lid.* Freeze* Two hrs before serving, set slush out to thaw. When partially thawed, break apart with a fork and serve slushy. My friend puts cream whip ( in the can) on top before serving. This is very rich but AWESOME!! tongue.gif
