I posted these in the Whats for Dinner section but here there are. These are both delicious! I can totally eat the whole thing by myself!
SMOKED BEEF CHEESE BALL
1 pkg (3 oz) smoked or chipped beef, chopped
2 pkgs (8 oz each) cream cheese
5-6 green onions, finely chopped
2 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
2 tbsp. Accent seasoning
Chopped pecans
Soften cream cheese. Add onions and beef. Add Worcestershire sauce and Accent. Form into a ball. Roll in chopped pecans. Chill one hour or overnight before serving with crackers.
CHOCOLATE CHIP CHEESE BALL
1 (8 oz) pkg. cream cheese
1 stick butter (not margarine)
1 tbsp. vanilla
3/4 c. confectioner's sugar
1 tbsp. brown sugar
3/4 c. mini chocolate chips
3/4 c. crushed pecans
Beat cream cheese, butter, and vanilla until fluffy. Gradually add the confectioner's sugar and brown sugar. Slowly, add mini chips. Chill for two hours, shape into a ball. Chill for 1 hour and roll or pat with pecans. Serve with chocolate graham cracker sticks
