8 oz cream cheese, room temp.
1/2 c sour cream
2 T milk
2 T dried onion
1/8 t pepper
3 oz corned beef, sliced thin and - chopped
1/2 c pecans, chopped

With hand mixer, blend cream cheese, sour cream and milk until
