Ham Roll-Ups


1 package Lean Budding ham
2 (8 oz) packages Philadelphia cream cheese
1 package sharp or mild shredded cheddar cheese
1 package pepperoni
1 package tortillas

Chop ham up, mix with cream cheese, shredded cheese and chopped pepperoni. Spread over tortillas and roll then up. Refrigerate over night. Slice each tortilla with a sharp knife. Makes approximately 50.

my mom always made them with
a pkg of thinly sliced ham
1 pkg of softened cream cheese
1/2 c. of drained dill pickles
1 bunch of green onion chopped
1 pkg of tortillas
spread cream cheese thinly on tortillas add layer of ham and add chopped onion. add row of pickles. roll up and slice put toothpick in center of each piece.
serve.
some people i know have used this recipe but they have added salsa.
