This is the BEST hot sauce Ive ever had! Its soooo good!

Homemade Salsa

2- 15 ounce cans of diced tomatoes

1/2 sm. onion, diced

6-8 sprigs of cilantro, chopped

3/4 tsp. salt (or to taste)

2 or 3 fresh cloves of garlic, minced

1/4 cup of water

2 or 3 jalapeno peppers (from jar or can)

Mix all ingredients in blender for a few seconds.

*Note: These ingredients may vary according to your taste and

is better if made ahead of time and allowed to thicken in refrigerator.

It's basically how I make mine, except I also use green peppers. I make large batches and can mine. I usually make mine completely from scratch , I have a large garden in the summer) but I ran out this past year. thanks for the tips on using cans and the smaller amount I can't seem to reduce mine without sacrifiing taste.
