I thought I had lost this recipe but I found it yesterday while cleaning out our house for the big move! This is really good with lim flavored tortilla chips! Oh, and I don't really like cilantro so I don't add that....

SPICY SWEET SALSA

1 can (28 oz) whole tomatoes, chopped, with their juice
1/2 bunch cilantro (we never use)
Juice of 2 limes
2 dashes garlic salt
1-2 dashes cracked black pepper
1 jar (24 oz) mild picante sauce
2 cans(4 oz each) diced green chilies, undrained
2 bunches green onions, chopped
1 cup sugar

In an extra large mixing bowl, mix all ingredients until well blended. Refrigerate overnight in a glass container. Serve with tortilla chips.
