Banana Yogurt Smoothie
2 ripe bananas
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1 1/2 c. plain yogurt
1/4 t. vanilla
Peel bananas. Slice them into thick 'coins'; freeze until firm, then mix with all other ingredients in blender.

I got a smoothie maker too. It came with recipes.
Pina Colada Smoothie- 5 Tbsp. coconut milk, 2 1/2 c. pineapple juice, 1/2 c. vanilla ice cream, and 1 1/2 c. frozen pineapple chunks
Srawberry Banana Supreme Smoothie- 1 c. strawberry nectar or apple juice, 1 c. milk, 1 frozen banana, 1 1/2 c. frozen strawberries, and 1 c. strawberry yogurt
Raspberry Cream Smoothie- 1 c. orange juice, 1 c. raspberry yogurt, 1/2 frozen banana, and 1 1/2 c. frozen raspberries
Peach Refresher Smoothie- 2 c. peach nectar or apple juice, 1 c. vanilla frozen yogurt, 1/2 banana, 1 c. peach yogurt, 1 1/2 frozen peach slices
Berry Blast Smoothie- 1 c. apple juice, 1 1/2 c. lemonade, 1 c. frozen rasberries, 1/2 c. frozen strawberries, and 1 c. raspberry sherbet
Raspberry Sunrise Smoothie- 2 1/2 c. orange juice, 1 1/2 c. frozen raspberries, and 1 c. rasberry sherbet
Orange Banana Cream Smoothie- 1 c. milk, 1 1/2 c. orange juice, 1/2 tsp. vanilla, 1/2 frozen banana, 1 c. vanilla frozen yougurt, 1/2 c. orange yogurt, 3 Tbsp. orange juice concentrate
Mango Tango Smoothie- 1 c. pineapple juice, 1 c. orange juice, 1.2 frozen banana, 1 c. pineapple sherbet, and 1 1.2 c. frozen mango slices
Strawberry Lemon Suprise Smoothie- 2 c. lemonade, 2 c. frozen strawberries, and 1 c. strawberry yogurt
Banana Lime Sublime Smoothie- 2 c. limeade, 1 banana, 1 c. lime sherbet, 3 Tbsp. coconut milk, and 1 c. ice
Lemon Louie Smoothie- 2 c. lemonade, 1 c. lemon yogurt, 1 1/2 c. frozen pineapple chunks, and 1 c. pineapple sherbet
Hawaiian Holiday Smoothie- 1 c. passion fruit nectar, 1 c. guava nectar, 1 c. orange sherbet, 4 Tbsp. coconut milk, 1/2 frozen banana, 1/2 c. frozen strawberries, 1/2 c. frozen mango slices, and 1 c. strawberry yogurt

I have some for you
Nectarine & Blueberry Smoothie
Makes 2& is really good for you!
2 nectarines, halved, stoned & cut into chunks
125g (4oz) blueberries
250ml (9fl oz) apple juice
a cup of crushed ic.
Put the lot in the blender, whizz it up, serve immediately in chilled glasses.
Raspberry & Pink Grapefruit Smoothie.
225g (8oz) raspberries
300ml (half pint) pink graapefruit juice
1 banana
a little honey to taste.
you can blend and serve straight away if you dont mind the seeds, if you do simply sieve them and then serve
Orange & Mango Smoothie
1 Orange Peeled and segmented
1 Mango, halved, peeled and stone removed
half a small papaya, peeled seeded and chopped
1 small banana peeled
crushed ice.
again blend and serve.
I hope you like these, I use them regularly and my eldest son will even drink them, (he who would live on coke and junk food and tries to tell me he is allergic to veggies;0)
