I went to a party this past weekend where this was served. It was delicious. It tastes just like buffalo wings. I got the recipe and made some for myself. Try it, you will love it!

Buffalo Chicken Dip

INGREDIENTS:

2 (10 ounce) cans chunk chicken, drained

2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened

1 cup Ranch dressing (I used Bleu Cheese and like it even more)

3/4 cup pepper sauce, such as FranksŪ Red HotŪ (I used a tad more Frank's)

1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

Serve with:
1 bunch celery, cleaned and cut into 4 inch pieces

1 (8 ounce) box chicken-flavored crackers

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

DIRECTIONS:

Heat chicken and hot sauce in a skillet over medium heat, until heated through. Stir in cream cheese and ranch dressing. Cook, stirring until well blended and warm. Mix in half of the shredded cheese, and transfer the mixture to a slow cooker. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top, cover, and cook on Low setting until hot and bubbly. Serve with celery sticks and crackers.

sounds yummy. I'm going to try it. My Bunko group may like it too.

I serve it with tortilla chips - I didn't even think to use the crackers. Good idea. Love this dip!!!

I like it best with tortilla chips too. I always use Bleu Cheese instead of Ranch and skip the cheddar. Instead of the can chicken, which I think is gross, I just brown the same amount of boneless, skinless chicken breasts. Those rotisserie chickens you can buy also work well.
