Think ahead of time for your wardrobe...stick with colors that you can easily mix & match...for preschool I went with brown(dd's fave color of course was pink)

I did all her base color items in brown(skirts/pants/gouchos etc)then we did alot of pinks,oranges, and baby blue.All colors that look great on my daughter and great with the brown and I only had to buy 1 pair of shoes to go with them all.

I found it alot cheaper to dress an outfit up or down w/hair accessories than major pieces.
