Okay, first I have to admit that I got this idea from another frugal newsletter but thought it was such a great FREE idea that I had to share.

Go to your fav discount retailer and ask the store manager of you can have the empty "holders/boxes" that the foldrs/decorated notebooks come in. They usually just toss them. They are cardboard and usually solid colors. you can decorate however you want. They hold mag/books/school papers perfectively. I plan on going today to ask for them. I plan on using them in girls playroom/bedroom and school lockers.
