I have some BST questions

I'm working on a list of items to post in the BST and want your opinions on a couple of details.
First what is your favorite online album? I want to use one that is free and easy for the viewer to nagivate.

What's the best/fairest way to handle shipping?

I always have people pm me their address and then send them a kodak link. It is fast, easy, and I can not only put comments myself over what each item is, they can comment back! I have done shipping several ways. If it is a trade..I always just put the shipping into the trade value...and even exchange it all. If someone is wanting to pay paypal (which is supposed to be used as a last alternative!), I just tack it on to the price...but I also will take that into consideration in the trade price. Make sense?!?

The Kodak site sounds good (I want to be able to make notes about what an item is and price)
My son is turning 3, daughter is 1 and I plan on being done so I'll be listing their clothes, baby items, toys. I also have misc. household items.
