Sorry I don't have a witch costume. But have you checked out ebay or craigslist? There are a lot of witch costumes on craigslist for my area (San Diego) for $10 to $25 bucks.

I also saw on thechildrensplace.com that they already have their Halloween costumes marked at 40% off.
