My kids both wear glasses. Of course when we discovered this, the optometrist heavily promoted the eye glass place in his building to fulfill my prescription. They were at least double the price! Anyway, long story short, the best price I got was $60 at Sears (found coupon in paper), but honestly, I would not go back there. They came back with the wrong frame and took nearly 2 weeks, plus I feel their "sale" was a fraud! At the time, all frames were marked 50% off, but upon closer inspection, it was obvious that many fames (like the popular Nickelodeon ones) were MARKED UP by hand! I asked about this, but they denied it (it was so obvious though!!). I then got another complete pair at local warehouse club for $88. They are still in very good condition and I am much happier with the fame. My advice is to buy not soley on price, but quality of frame. Get the ones that have lots of flexibility; they last longer. JMHO!
