Since i don't have alot of time, i'll just do what i used to do. Get on my treadmill and walk a mile. After a couple of weeks i'll start running 1/2 mile and walk 1/2 mile.

BTW- probably a very important part of bootcamp.. and Im no trainer or anything like that.. but I do have common sense.. and Im sure you guys do too.. but we have to eat in moderation too. I mean.. Im ridiculous when it comes to eating and will stuff myself till I cant move. But Ill be damned if Im giving up food. The key to losing... exercise and eating in moderation! So lets do it. If not... you will be punished. LOL

So, does this mean i have to stop eating a snickers bar for breakfast and a bag of chips for lunch?? And i'm serious - that's what i eat every day. That is going to be the hardest part for me.
Count me in! DS is 2 months today and I still have 15 lb. to lose -- I gained 40 lb. this time!
My brother gets married in 3 weeks and we will have family pictures that day. I will have to be in the same picture as my new size 2 SIL! I know I won't be quite back to my size 8 self, but Iwould like to be a little closer.
Signing off now to get my stability ball out of the closet and do 100 crunches...
Oh man.. this may be tougher than I expected. Cause I am reallllly wanting a cookie. lol And I would.. but Ive already eaten a ton of chocolate today. ACK!!!!! I need to do the cutoff time thing.. I think my cutoff time will be 7:30pm.
