I found with my home gym, I just stared at it more than used it! LOL -- It's gotta be the gym for me! Luckily my girlies just love it and they wish I'd spend more than the allowed 2 hours at a time there! It's kind of our second home! LOL

Oh BB my kids hate the daycare there too! I quit trying because they would always have to come get me after 10 minutes. We got a home gym when we moved to our new house 4 months ago and I have to say that both dh and I are very good about using all the stuff. He was always disciplined enough to go to the gym at night but not me. Too tired and lazy. This way I can watch tv while I ride the bike or do the ab machine or whatever. But I haven't gotten back into the weights yet. I really need to do that. We have one of those big ole commercial Smith weight machine things that do everything. One day I am going to use it for something other than a place to put my car keys.

I don't gym it but I've been working out alot lately. Actually, I just started back, I hit a hiatus sometimes. If I get to workout today then I have worked out 8 out of 11 days. If I try to skip days then I fall off track, I find. The days I haven't been working out I have been really busy with the beach or weekly shopping. I swim, walk, or bike usually.

2 weeks and I've gained a pound but have lost several inches so it must be doing something. The scale says no loss but my clothes are looser to the point I will retire some soon!

I go to the gym everyday except Sunday. My kids LOVE the daycare and my dh and I go together. I alternate days, upper body, cardio, lower body. I would like a home gym, but I probably wouldnt work out as faithfully as I do if it was at home. So yup, I am there 6 days a week at 8 am!

Before kids, I would go M-F for two hours. It was great. I also had a trainer then and was in the BEST shape of my life (yes I am dwelling on that).

Anyway, now that we are on base and the CDC is right across from the gym (which is also right across from family housing where we currently live) I fully intend on utizling the CDC to watch my kids so I can get back in there and shake off this baby build up!!!

I start my first ever spinning class on Monday. It is offered at different times all week long and I intend on getting to as many classes as I can! If I can't make the class, I will use the gym. I miss it so much!!

I gotta relocate that four pack .....I know it's under all this crud somewhere.

I work out M-F in our work out room at work. I guess you can call it a gym, but a very small one. LOL

I also do aerobics or cardio kickboxing at home on Saturdays and Sundays, plus I run every day at least 2 miles but more like 3-4.
