I'm BAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAACK!!!!!

My foot feels great, however, I know it's still not 100% so I am still being careful. However, I have started getting myself back on track in terms of my getting physical reports so I just HAD to share!

This past week, so for 5 days so far, I have taken the kids on a walk for 45 minutes each time. We stopped at the park and played.

I have them signed up to start child care at the CDC on base, which is conveniently across from the base gym, where I will be starting my spinning class on MONDAY!!!

They offer classes M-W-S mornings from 9-10 and T-Th mornings from 6-7am. I intend on attending as many as I can, as I Have the boys in regular care on M and W mornings. If I can manage to drag my butt out of bed early enough, and if I get motivated to start doing that, I will go to the early classes on T and Th mornings when dh is home and can watch the boys!!

Girls, I am so excited to be back~ I will let you know how my spinning classes go

How are you all doing? I noticed we have some newbies checking in. GREAT JOB GIRLS!!!

Well Ember has us all on MILF bootcamp now, Christy, so it is a good thing you are back in business! I don't want you to miss out on getting your cape. :D I have been doing my same routine of walking 3 miles at least 5 times a week, plus I have been doing my situps and pushups every day. Once school starts I want to change up my routine a bit and start making it a little harder. This has been good for me for the last 2 months to get me going, but if I am ever going to lose the last 10 pounds and get back into the 120s again I am going to have to kick it up a notch or two.

When do we measure?

The Inch By Inch Check ins have typically been the last Thursday of the month.

Okay, then that would have been yesterday. I don't know if anyone else is doing it but I just measured and I have lost 1.5 inches around my waist and 1 inch around my thighs this month! Woohoo! Nothing around the hips though.:

Anyone else want to do the inch by inch today?

I am not doing it this month. I will wait until next month. I have been beched for two months now. I am certain there has been no progress!

I did my 30 minutes today (Denise Austin) and I did it everyday this week. I also spent all day Wednesday walking around Busch Gardens!

Well, I'm back to my 3-4 miles a day runs. YEAH! I am running more outside now since the weather is warm.

I am running in the Hall of Fame run on Sunday morning, so wish me luck. I haven't lost any inches anywhere, but I sure do feel better getting to run more.

I've also done some aerobics and weight training every other day too.

Christy, I'm so glad you have a gym to go to now. You will have so much fun!

I started with Embers bootcamp too...so I've really been busting my butt...walked 2 miles 2 dats, swam yesterday, trying to do 100 crunches every day,leg lifts, wall push-ups, and squats...I've been kicking butt this week! I hope it's the start of a beautiful beginning.....

I'm taking today off I've already worked out 5 days this week. Yesterday I rode my bike and then went to the pool. I'm kinda wiped out so some good old fashioned R&R would be nice. :cool:
