Default Getting Physical Check-in August 4th

Didn't see one for yesterday so I started the thread so we didn't fall off track.

I've only worked out 2X this week but will again today, Dh has been on vacation.

I've lost a few more inches and am starting to see it everywhere. Also, finally a difference in the scale with a loss of 2 1/2 pounds!

Anyones else? What have you guys been up to?

Good job!

I went spinning twice this week and will agian tomorrow morning

I have walked every day, and played at the park every day twice a day. Being on base is awesome for that.

I hope to get into lifting weights again real soon but I am enjoying my spinning for now!

I ran all week every day. I can't remember if I told ya, but I ran in a race and got a medal for 4th place last Saturday (a week ago)

Did some aerobics a couple days too.

I have worked out every morning for the past coupls of weeks! Walking at night and a few little things during the day. Have not measured myself but the *&%* scale isnt budging!
Will be so happy when our YMCA opens up!

I lost inches and gained 2 pounds the first 2 weeks but by the time I got to the mid third week the numbers finally started to drop. I built muscle at first and that helps the metabolism since muscle uses more energy than fat. Don't give up, slow and steady wins the race.

This is good to hear. I have been doing The Firm Super Cardio Sculpt 3 times a week and the Accerated Core Trainig 3 times a week and watching what I eat for 2 weeks, but that darn scale has not moved. It gets frustrating. Now, I have renewed hope from you that I may lose that weight yet. I will not quit! Thank you so much!
