If you did, how did you do? Did you like it? Are you going to keep running, biking and swimming?

I was thinking it was either in June or July, but I can't remember for sure.

It was the last week in June. Three weeks before, I dislocated my knee at a wedding pretty bad and it swelled up. I have a history of bad knees, but have not had serious problems in awhile. So, dh and I talked and decided I had better not do any running for awhile. It was really huge and I put my brace on it for awhile. I missed two weeks of running and did not feel very confident the week before the tri.

So, I missed the triathalon, but have started running and I joined a gym in June. I love that and have noticed a difference already!

So, my goal now is to do a 5k in November and then do the tri next year. Assuming I won't hurt my knee again, which I probably won't as I do it every few years instead of every few months when I was a kid.

I have always been swimming and biking. I love those two sports, I am just not as crazy about the running part.

BUT, I will do one before I am 40!!
