GIRLS!!!!!!

I went to spinning TWICE this week, and will again tomorrow. I have walked every day this week for at least 30 minutes. I have even done some of Ember's MILF work out..not all of it ,but some. IT's been a busy week

Just got a Y membership so I will be taking the kids with me now so I can go 5 days a week: yeah!!!! I am going to get a trainer too. When I have someone there to hold me accountable I tend to stay better motivated. Besides, now that there are a bunch of us meeting up this spring, I am HOPING that by that time, I will be trim, slim and BUFF baby!!!

How did you all do?

I've spent the past 2 days lugging around 40 lb boxes of high school science textbooks (the joys of being department chair). Does that count? I did do my walking video once this week, but am inspired to get up and go workout now! Plus I plan to workout both days this weekend!

I've walked a few days, hit the pool once and that's gonna be about it for a few more. I hurt myself, dang it.....I can work around it though..

Thanks for the bump Christy! I didn't see it...duh!

I have been doing Embers MILF camp and for my cardio I've been doing walking, yesterday I attempted 20 mins of Tae-bo, and it isn't kill me, so I think Mon. I will bump it to 30 min (you might want to check on me Mon night )

Great job with the spinning class! Are you enjoying it? I would think, otherwise you wouldn't keep going back right?!

I love it! It's challenging....boy is it challenging....but when it's all over you feel so strong and so proud of yourself for getting through it!

UNFORTUNATELY, because of the back log at the CDC my perfect little child care arrangement is going down the tubes. I have had to find other child care for my kids and the program I found DOES NOT coincide with the spinning class offered on base...argh! So typical. I find something I like and if it isn't sick kids, or child care problems, it's money..... So now I have a membership at the Y, my kids are going to a Mothers Day Out program twice a week, and I won't be able to take spinning unless I go to the 5:30pm class, which I HATE because I am one who likes to work out in the mornings....it's a very frustrating thing for me right now

However, I did go this mroning. They do offer it on Saturdays. It was intense. I loved it. BUT I did learn today that the air force is getting their funding cut so that class will now be a pay per go class....argh!!!!!

I'm telling you...I could just scream.

Thanks, Christy for bumpity bumping this for me..

Well, I have been doing the MILF workouts, plus some aerobics. I ran everyday this week except yesterday.. WOOHOO! I'm back at it!!

I also did abs, weight training, ellypitcal too...

Christy, I wish you could get a good schedule for yourself. It really bites when you have to keep juggling it around like that..
