I have had to go to the doctor a few times in the last couple of months. But when I went this last time I made them weigh me twice because I didn't believe it.

In about 3 weeks I have lost 5 lbs... :D :D I work out (with you) and really watch what I eat. and it does pay off.

Thanks for being my "workout team"!!!!!
