Girls,

Pretty good week for me, how 'bout you?

Now that the boys are in preschool and we have a membership to the Y, I go there up to four days a week ~ or at least that is my goal. Two of which they come with me and do the pool when I'm done.

Today SATURDAY I went and worked out this morning. It was supposed to be a spinning day but the instructor did not show up. So I went and did 45 minutes of cardio and the rest were free weights. I had Ember's MILF work out in the mind so I did a bunch of abs and push ups ~ yeah me!!!!

I am hoping that now that we've found a gym and child care, I will be able to keep up this routine ~ hopefully without suffering from another stress fracture

How did you girls do???

Could have done better this week in terms of planned working out, only two days. But everyday at work I was up and constantly moving and walking around, so hopefully that kind of made up for the light workout week!

Well, this is a pretty good week for me too, despite the fact that I had 3 days with only 1/2 hour lunch to workout in. I ran each day, two days I ran 3 miles in 23.43 (YAHOO!!:D ) My fastest yet running 3 miles.. it was on the treadmill though, not outside. I ran 2.25 outside one day and did that in 16 minutes, so that is good for me outside.

I did the MILF stuff too. I was just telling a friend of mine that those butt crunches really do work! So we all have to keep at it!

Also, ab crunches, lifted weights, aerobics twice and pilates session once.

It was a good week!

I'm here! I'm here! My parents got here Thurs and just left, so I'm playing catch up all over the baord right now!

Okay, I had an eh week.... I did MILF bootcamp Mon-Thurs...I took Fri off, but will work out tonight b/c I only like 2 days off, otherwise Istart feeling lazy...who'd have thought it?! We took the kids to NASCAR speedpark Fri and did some raceshop tours with my parents on Fri...I walked so much! ANd then went back to the speedpark Saturday night...more walking,s o my legs feel great. Oh and Colin weighs 43lbs now and has been in the lovey, 'carry me' mode, so my arms are getting workouts too

Still walking/swimming 3-5 days a week, 2 more pounds gone this week but that may be due to being sick which may also hurt my progress for the upcoming week. I'll just have to keep pluggin away at it.
