I got up when DH got up this morning (instead of rolling out of bed when the kiddos do 45 minutes later) and I FEEL GREAT! The last two days it has gotten dark out before I found time to get my bike ride in, so I did it first thing this morning. I hope to make this a new habit -- we'll see. I do love my sleep!
Checking in:
25 min cardio (bike)
200 crunches
200 butt lifts
100/100 leg lifts
20 push-ups
20 squats
I'm running errands with 3 kiddos in tow most of today, so that will be extra workout.
