So, after much debate on which diet I should attempt next, I decided to start the Atkins diet. I've been on it since Monday. I've been doing good so far. Last time I did it I lost 20 lbs. Though I stopped it and did gain most of it back over the past 6 months.

Is anyone else on a low carb diet? How are you doing with it? I was wondering if anyone has any ideas for snacks other then cheese and pork rines?? I have a ton of great recipes for meals, I just hate not being able to snack on anything good.

Most kinds of cheese, pepperoni, summer sausage. Blue cheese is very low in carbs too.

You can have chicken wings too but be sure to add in a couple grams of carbs for the day because they DO have about 2grams per serving.

I love the carb diet. I usually loose about 10lbs the first week and nothing after that. Its just so hard to do for a carb lover.
