I Have been Searching the Internet for any info.

I Come up with alot of Information pertaining to Heavy bleeding -
But Nothing about light Bleeding.

I Have never Had Periods like clockwork -
They have always Been Roughly 28 - 34 day cycles.

I Have always Bleed For only 2-3 days and By day two it is more of a Light Spotting.

Lately I have Been Noticing it more and More Cause my PMS symptoms have been More Pronounced -
which is a new Issue.
I start PMS 'ing about 2 weeks Before my Period actually comes

That used to be only about A Week before.

Cramps Are very Minor - or Non existant.

Is Having Tubaligation the same thing as Being On the pill?

Looking Back I Was on the pill for about 5 yrs. Than Had a Baby and Breast fed - so No Mensus for 2 yrs. got PG ,
Then Baby # 2 And Again No Mensus For about two yrs. Then got PG

After my last I bottle fed him and Once again , a was back to Normal every Month Periods .

So I Haven't Really Known what NORMAL is For a Long time.
Since I Went Basically 6 yrs. Without Having a Period - Due to Being PG / Nursing.

Sorry To Ramble.

Just Wondering if Anyone know of anything bad that Could Cause a Light Period every Month.

I go to OBGYN in a Month -
I Am just Looking to Research it myself.

I'll be honest with you, I am like this every other month. It worries me too. But then the following month I am very heavy. Almost like I am making up for lost time so to speak.

If it really does concern you, you can talk to you doctor about it. It could just be a change with maturity. No one likes to talk about THAT, but it could very well be just your body maturing and changing subtlely.

Lots of different things effect your period. Tubal ligation is not the same as the pill. Its actually a surgery to prevent pregnancy. Stress or less exercise can cause your symptoms to be worse. just like increased exercise can help your symptoms even to the point of a really light period. I would definatly consult with a doctor. by the way if you are having pain 2 weeks before maybe its ovulation pain. I can feel when Im ovulating. Lots of other women have ovulation pain. It could also be pain from cysts. But yea get it checked out. Better safe then sorry.

Thank you.

Yes I Am going for an Annual Next month.

I Have been a Very Light Bleeder For Yrs.

It just seems I Never Hear much about Light Bleeding.

All the Problems seem to Have Heavy Bleeding as a Symptom.

Don't Cysts Cause heavier Bleeding?

I also Have Hardley any cramps ever.

I Didn't Mean I thought Tubaligation was Like taking the Pill
I know I Had Surgery.
I Meant does the Same thing happen each month With the eggs When A Woman Has Her Tubes Tied as When she is Taking the Pill.
I know the Pill Cause Absent or Light Periods.

I had light, irregular periods with spotting. I was tested for ovarian cysts and sure enough I had them. They weren't treated though because they resolved themselves. Good luck with the doctor.
