I think I'm doing good this week. I started the couch to 5k this week and I did pretty good. I didn't want to run this morning because I was sleeping so good and it is windy. But I did the run! I can't wait to weigh in tomorrow.

I feel that I'm doing pretty good with the runs. I ran/jogged 3 times this week. I also did a fast paced walk 40 to 45 minutes on the days I didn't run. I did take one day off. That worked out pretty good because it was very windy. I have been watching what I eat. I got a really bad sweet tooth when I was pregnant so I'm still trying to fight that. I went to the grocery store yesterday and there is a Starbucks there. I have been wanting a mocha really bad. I started to the counter then I just turned around and walked (RAN) away! The lady looked at me like I was crazy. But I didn't give in

GREAT job. I recently became hooked on Starbucks - they have a Skinny Latte with sf caramel syrup -- it is so yummy and only 90 calories for the small.

You guys are really making me want to splurge and run up to the new Starbucks and get a Skinny Latte

I lost 2 lbs this week I was surprised because I was not able to workout on Mon & Tues.

Way to go Linda! GREAT JOB.

I stayed the same this week and I'm disappointed. But I know my day of ice cream twice in one day did not help! So this week I will be stricter and make smarter choices
