There are a few of us here that are keeping track of our weight loss (anyone else want to join in????). So I thought I'd make a sticky topic where we can go to to post how we are doing!!!

I weigh in this Saturday -- so hopefully I see some loss! I've been very good with counting my points & exercising!

I'm just starting out. So I'm trying to get more ideas. I'm walking for 30 to 40 min 4 times a wk. Iwant to get back into running but mt stroller isn't the best for it. And I haven't been able to run for a couple of yrs do to complications after my deployment to Iraq. I just got one of those small balls to usebut haven't had a chance to use it. I may need lots of help and support!

I want to loose about 25lbs
