DH has decided to get healthy and I ran WW by him and he said "ok let's give it a shot!". I've seen they have WW for men now and have a lot of exercises, tips and support on their website geared toward men. At first I figured I could just google what DH's point allowance per day was, but this morning I found contradicting answers (one listing of weight ranges for points said he got 30 per day, but another site with a questionnaire gave me a total of 40). I can find great recipes online, but the one thing I'm suddenly realizing is that I want him to have the accessibility to great exercises (and the activity point calculator) and a support group of men going through the same thing he is. And I can't give that specifically to him on my own. Is that alone worth joining WW online?
