before you replace them?

I personally use mine until I start to get slightly achey in my feet or mild shin splints. Then I know to replace them.

When you do replace them do you buy the same style of shoe or shop around?

There are so few shoes I can comfortably wear with my inserts, so I wear them until they literally fall apart. Then I look for something else comfortable
