I need a challenge too- I need to get back on the wagon! I enjoyed the WOB thing- the buddy, the weekly chat (although summer time seemed to be the time when it would start falling apart- I would suggest a biweekly chat instead of a weekly or monthly chat for those times!). Switching up a beginner from advance would be a good idea (I think I would be considered a beginner again since I have been slacking and no where near the strength I was prior!)- a weekly challenge (not only exercise but a food challenge as well) along with a weekly check in.
