I have alot of feet, ankle and lower leg problems and pains. They especially hurt at night when I am trying to sleep. About a month ago I took an extra pillow and put it at the end of my bet for my feet and lower legs to lay on. It is so comfortable. The pain is pretty much gone and it such a simple solution. The only problem now is that I am so comfortable that I hate getting out of bed!

Yes, I had to start doing that when I developed heel problems. It hurt to have my heel touching the bed, so now I have to have it hanging off a pillow. However, the pillow is now bothering calf problems I have!
