This will be my first blog and I am hoping it will make me more accountable about what I put in my mouth and also what I put in my kids also.
I figured before I ventured into my exercise goals and my religious meeting with the church I will write about my diet change that will also be affecting the family as well. All moves to make me a better me....
This month I am determined to feed my kids healthier meals for all three meals and snacks everyday.
I think it is time for a big change around this house! No more unhealthy stuff is going in our mouths for an entire month if I have any control over it.
I don't really think I feed my kids,husband and myself all that bad but I do let us have the unhealthy stuff a little too often.
The challenging part will be packing a healthy lunch for the kids and hubby and keeping things interesting at the same time.
The other will be preparing a dinner every night not just 3 or 4 times a week.
Then the next and most challenging will be to get my husband to maintain the rules while I an at work two days a week. This means he will not be taking then to McDonalds or ordering pizza or going out with the kids to get ice cream.
