I purchased this for like 25 cents at a yard sale and have yet to read it. But, it sounds like a good book and the movie looks good too. Has anyone read this yet?

I loved it - I read it at the beach a few years ago. I thought it was really a quick and easy read.

I read it and kept thinking the nanny needs to get a back bone and that the Manhatten child rearing world is crazy!

Like the show "Clean House" makes me feel like a super housekeeper, this book made me feel like a great mom. I will definately see the movie - it looks funny.

It's hard to imagine that there are people that go to so much trouble to have kids and don't even raise them - bizarre!
