Has anyone read this??

I just started a Book Club (in real life) with some of the Mom's in the neighborhood, and this is the first book we choose to read.

I think I will go out tomorrow and get my copy. I can't wait to start it.

I haven't yet but I'm pretty sure I'm getting it from my in-laws for Christmas. They are even worse than I am about keeping secrets!

It's been on my wishlist ever since it came out. I'm waiting until it's in paperback or I can find a copy at the library. I LOVED The Kite Runner and I've heard this one is really good too.

It was my favorite book last year. I loved it, but it certainly isn't a "light" read. It's about the oppression of women in Afghanistan. Some of the things the women survived is quite hard to read.

I LOVED Water for Elephants. Sounds like you have a good book club! To bad it's so far away from me.

I have Water for Elephants on my nightstand. I'm going to start it after I'm done with Middlesex. Glad to hear it's a good one!!
