I just tried to PM you but your inbox is FULL!!

I just finished A Thousand Splendid Suns!!

OMG!! My heart is still racing. Once I got to the part where they tried to run away, I couldn't put it down and had to finish it TODAY!!

Very sad, but very well written book!

Also, it was amazing to me how similar it was to the books we read by Philippa Gregory in the sense of what little value is put on the lives of women.

Sorry!! Just emptied a few out of my inbox. Yes, I loved that book, but it was really hard to read due to the subject matter. It justs overwhelms me to know that women in other places have to live like that. But I couldn't put it down either. I've had his first book, the Kite Runner in my to be read pile for quite some time and need to take the time to read it. Glad you enjoyed it!! Now you have to get to work on Water for Elephants!!
