I have a HUGE pile of books to be read also. I have many of the jodi picoult I haven't read yet. I just ordered The Abstinence Teacher and Ken Follet's Pillars of the Earth today. And I also have Middlesex and to many to mention. I need to stop piling and start reading. I'm hoping after the kids go back to school I can get back in the swing.

LOL Chopey - I've read all of those except The Secret. Just finished Keeping the Faith yesterday. It's my 2nd Picoult book, and my library has a bunch of her stuff. My list that I take to the library with me:

Authors - Picoult, Lisa Lee, Douglas Preston & Lincoln Child - I'll check out anything by them.

Actual books on my list:
No Country for Old men
Conscience of a Liberal
The Black Swan
King Leopold's Ghost
The Accordian Crimes
Angela's Ashes (I've read the sequel, go figure)
Black Hawk & Golden Falcon
Song of Exile
T Rex & the Cradle of Doom
Songs in Ordinary Times

That's the list from my uncle. A few are new but most he gave me 3 years ago & I've been meaning to read. So now that I joined the library, I put his stuff top on the list.

How was Keeping the Faith?? I always read a TON in the beginning of a year, (and hopefully all year long this year durn it) so I should get to that one on the list pretty soon!

I just started on Janet Evanovich's Stephanie Plum series, so books #4 and up are on my list.

I want to read F5 which is a non-fiction book about April 3, 1974. The author said that most of the interesting stories come from the county where I live and Hollywood is considering making a movie about it.

The Poisonwood Bible, Double Cross, Kite Runner, a pile of Jodi Piccoult, and the Stephanie Plum series

Plus anything new that comes out this year by Iris Johanson, Kay Hooper, James Patterson, Jodi Piccoult, Linda Howard, Sandra Brown, Karen Rose, Erin McCarthy, Lori Foster or Nora Roberts.
