we have a family reunion (25-30 people) and my famil yneeds to serve breakfast one of the days. I was thinking an assortment of breakfast muffins and fruit would be fun, but the breads need to be done ahead of time and brought to the event, and served a day or 2 later.

Think I can make and freeze muffins in June to serve mid July? And once they are taken out of the freezer how long do you think they will stay moist and yummy?

Any suggestions?
