1 c whole wheat flour
1/4 c milk powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
2 eggs - beaten
1/4 c honey
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 c peanut butter
1 and 1/4 c water (or milk)



Mix flour, milk powder, salt, and baking powder.

Then mix eggs, honey, vanilla, and peanut butter. Then mix in the water.

Add the liquid mix to the dry and stir til smooth.

Bake on a hot, oiled waffle iron.

The key is to NOT overcook or they'll be dry!!!We like em w/strawberry syrup...like a pb&j
