2 c flour
1 Tbs baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 c salted butter,room temp
1/2 c sugar
1/4 c packed dark brown sugar
1 c creamy p.butter
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 c milk
Mix all the dry ingred.
Cream butter and sugar,then add peanut butter, egg and vanilla and mix well.
Mix wet w/the dry....it will be a little dry.
Slowly pour in milk and mix well.
Bake @350 in a greased 9x5 loaf pan for approx 50 min.
Cool 10 min and remove from pan.
It is really good...this and the pb icing recipe I got from a cookbook from the library a while ago.I think the womans name is Kathleen King....I think she's an acquitance of Ina Garten(Barefoot Contessa)but she has her own cookbook.
I love anything pb....and have tried lots of pb breads....but this is my favorite so far.
make sure(if you like it)that you have Nutella in the house....heavenly!!!
