I do this too! I found it on allrecipes and thought it sounded insane but the next time I cooked eggs I tried it and was amazed. :happy dance:

I mix up about five eggs with a little skim milk and salt and pepper. Cook, don't stir until it starts looking cooked on the underside, and don't overcook (I hate eggs with any brown cooked parts!). They come out fluffy and yummy!

I never had a recipe for scrambled eggs, I just make 'em like Mama. I crack how ever many eggs I need, whisk them up with salt and pepper and a 1/4 tsp or so Tabasco (you can't taste it, but you know when it's not there) and a slice or 2 of cheese. Pour into a hot skillet with a little bacon grease and let it set for a minute or 2 and once it starts firming up start scrambling. Do not over cook, nothing worse than overcooked eggs. I don't like the texture that milk gives eggs, none of the women in my family add milk.
