1 can refridgerated buttermilk biscuits
2 tablespoons butter
6 eggs, beaten
1/3 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper
3 ozs. cream cheese, cubed
6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled

Seperate biscuits and arrange on bottom and up the sides of a 9 inch pie plate. Press together to form a crust. Bake as directed on package. Melt butter in medium size skillet on low heat. Beat eggs, milk, salt and peper. Pour into skillet and cook slowly. Add cream cheese and continue to cook until cream cheese is melted and eggs are set. Spoon onto crust and sprinkle with cooked bacon.

Add this recipe up anyway you like. Use sausage or ham instead of bacon. I dont always have cream cheese on hand, so I just use shredded cheddar.

I've done this one, and I usually use shredded cheddar. It eliminates the need for the salt, as does the bacon. I usually cook some pepper bacon, so that covers the pepper, too.

This is so easy and delicious to make, which is why I like it so much!
