I would love to make this but do not have Bisquick. Is there a simple way to make BISQUICK?

I'm bumping this for myself, because I am craving a egg breakfast casserole and would love to know if there is a replacement for bisquick?

I found this one on another site:

Homemade “Bisquick” Mix

8 cups flour
1-1/4 cups nonfat dry milk
1/4 cup baking powder
1 tablespoon salt
2 cups shortening

Combine flour, milk, baking powder and salt. Cut in shortening. Store in a tightly closed container in a cool place.
