I had this this morning and it's really good.
4 very ripe pears (I used 3)
1 bunch of parsley
about a cup of water (I used a little more)
Mix in the blender until it turns a nice green. I put mine over ice.
I was really surprised at how sweet and yummy this was. You really just taste the pears and get the health benefits from having the raw parsley in it. :happy dance:
