4 potatoes -- slice l'wise
1 medium onion -- chop
4 ounces cheese -- grate
1 tablespoon margarine
4 bacon slices -- cook before putting into the slow cooker

Night before you want to eat it: Layer the potatoes, onion, cheese and bacon; repeat layers
as needed and cook on LOW 8 to 10 hours.

Next morning: You May need to add more cheese on top during the last 15
minutes of cooking time. This serves 4 people (more if there are a few kids)

I make this when we have company because all I need to do the next morning before breakfast is scramble some eggs and put toast down. It is a TRUE sanity saver and you don't have to get up extra early so your company gets a good breakfast!

I mentioned this to dh and he said that it sounded good and we are going to try it this weekend.

Thanks for sharing it!
