we do lots of mini bagels, yogurt, cheese and fruit. The one hing I haven't seen posted is peanut butter tortillas. I just warm up a tortilla and spread PB on it. we also do quesadillas. In winter kids like warm food and I will make what I call mixed up eggs. It's basically a scrambled omelet. I make scrambled eggs and add pieces of lunch meat and some cheese. takes no longer that reg scramlbed eggs. If we have tortillas, we are always out, we will sometimes make burrito out of it.

I have given left overs from dinner also. pasta noodles, rice, potatos. faster and healther than pop tarts, which they have been know to eat also.

I only have a few things that I rotate.

Yogart w/ fruit & toast
smoothies & toast
scrambled eggs & toast
oatmeal with fruit w/flax seed & maple syrup
toasted peanut butter and banana sandwhiches
very rarely cereal, they just don't have good days w/ cereal

On the weekends, I cook really big for breakfast/brunch.

I would love to have the recipe for the oatmeal pancakes. My son loves pancakes, but Im not sure they're so good for him every morning. Maybe sneaking in some oatmeal will make me feel better about it.

We usually have oatmeal or cream of wheat for the girls. They will eat most anything. Eggs and oatmeal for DH and me. DS gets pancakes or cold cereal (unfortunately). He is so hard to feed. There is so much that he doesn't like because he can't stand the texture.

Since this is dd's first week back in school I have made a breakfast menu for her. The first day of school we had cinnamon rolls & fruit. If I get out of bed on time I probably would have time to make a home made breakfast before work & school but just haven't tried it yet. What helped me was having the table already set in the morning & already knowing what I was going to fix.

DD likes cereal, poptart, mini donuts, frozen waffles & pancakes. I try to get her involved in the menu planning.

If you spray a coffee mug or bowl with nonstick spray, you can scramble an egg in it pop it in the microwave and g=have an easy fast scrambled egg breakfast with no pans to clean.
Definatelt knowing what you are having the night before is part one.
bagels and cream cheese.
Cereal is actually the most time consuming thing at my house. My ds will not eat milk in his and it is juat all over the place when he is done.

I am going to bump the recipe for the Oatmeal Pancake Mix. I thought that would be better than to cut and paste it here. No reason to have it two times on this site. My kids really like these. Good luck, let me know what you think of them!
