I make a lot of the same things already listed hear, but have to say that my kids really love Fruit Smoothies. I usually serve them with a muffin or toast. Very easy and quick to make, and healthy, too.
My kids also like Breakfast Burritos. I can sometimes even use leftovers from dinner (potatoes, beans, meat, etc.) added to egg and some cheese. Easy.
