Jaw Drop Baklava Muffins

Filling :

1/2 c walnuts, chopped
1/3 c sugar
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
3 Tbs butter, melted

Muffins :
1 c flour
7 Tbs flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 c sugar
1 large egg
3 Tbs unsalted butter, melted
1 c buttermilk
2 Tbs buttermilk

Topping :
1/2 c honey

preheat oven to 400.

Mix all filling ingredients together in a small bowl, set aside.

Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda and sugar.

Mix egg, melted butter and buttermilk.

Make a well in the dry ingredients and add wet ingredients.

Fill 12 miffin c 1/3 full, add a tablespoon of filling, cover with more muffin mixture til 2/3 full.

Sprinkle any remaining filling on top of the muffins.

Bake for 15 min.

Put the muffins onto a rack to cool and drizzle with honey.
