2 1/2 Cups Biscuit Baking Mix
1/3 Cup English Toffee Bits
1/4 Sugar
1 Egg
1/4 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 Cup Mashed Bananas {about 2 Medium}

In Bowl, Combine Biscuit Mix, Toffee Bits And Sugar. In Another Bowl, Combine Egg, Cream And Vanilla. Stir In Bananas. Stir Into The Dry Ingredients Just Until Combined. Drop By Tablespoonful Onto Greased Baking Sheet. Sprinkle With Additional Sugar. Bake At 425 Degrees, 11-13 Minutes Or Until Golden.

These sound yummy, but I'm confused are they cookies? Muffins? I guess I've never heard of muffins not cooked in muffin tins. Thanks!!
