I made this on Sat. morning. It is easy and it's very versitile.

3 eggs
1/2 c. Bisquick
1/3 c. melted butter
1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. chopped ham (or use bacon, sausage or even just veggies)
1 c. of your favorite cheese

Spray a 9-inch pie pan with non-stick spray. Mix eggs, butter Bisquick and milk. Put into pie plate and sprinkle meat (or veg) and cheese over the top. Press down gently. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Let sit 10 min. before serving. Serves 5.

I made this today for breakfast and it is very good. I doubled the recipe and used two pie dishes and it turned out perfect. I did add a little salt and pepper though to the egg mixture and used ham. I can't wait to try it with sausage or bacon. Thanks for the recipe!

This was really good. I made it for Labor Day breakfast and my family enjoyed it. Even my very picky 11 year old. I used ham and think next time I will try sausage. Thank you for the recipe.
