8 slices cubed bread of your choice (I like to use cinnamon Raisin bread!!!)
2 (8 oz) pkgs. cream cheese, cubed
2 c. milk
1 dozen eggs
1/3 c. syrup

Put cubed bread and cream cheese into a greased 9x13 pan. Mix eggs, milk and syrup. Pour over bread and cream cheese. Refrigerate overnight. Bake, uncovered at 375 for 45 minutes. Serve with syrup.

I love to top this with fresh fruit sauce (I pick tons of strawberries every year and we always have home made strawberry sauce in the freezer) I also use peaches, blueberries, apples or what ever you wish!

This sounds heavenly! We have to bring in birthday treats at work and breakfast items always go over really well. Plus no one has ever made this before so I'd get extra points.

How much does it serve?
